Industrial Pipe Line Cleaning
Geoclean 1050 is a powerful descaling and cleaning
solution specially engineered for industrial pipeline
systems. It effectively removes corrosion residues,
sediment buildup, and organic fouling that can lead to
flow restrictions, pressure loss, and equipment strain.
Whether you're maintaining process water lines, cooling
circuits, or utility pipelines, Geoclean 1050 delivers a
deep, thorough clean—keeping your system running at full
efficiency.
Built for industrial performance, Geoclean 1050 works
rapidly to break down internal contamination, improving
flow dynamics and extending the service life of critical
infrastructure. It's the trusted choice for preventive
maintenance and emergency restoration alike.
- Specifically Designed for Pipeline Cleaning: Formulated for industrial pipelines across multiple sectors—power, manufacturing, process cooling, and more.
- Removes Corrosion Particles & Organic Sludge: Targets internal rust, scale, and bio-fouling to restore original flow and minimize pressure drops.
- Gentle on Compatible Metals: Delivers strong cleaning action without compromising the integrity of pipeline materials when used as directed.
- Low-Foam, Fast-Rinsing Performance: Ensures efficient circulation during cleaning and easy post-process rinsing for quick return to service.
- Boosts System Efficiency & Reliability: Eliminates internal blockages, reducing pump strain and improving energy performance across the system.
- Ideal for Preventive or Corrective Maintenance: Use routinely to prevent long-term buildup or as a fast-acting solution during system underperformance.
- Reduces Downtime and Maintenance Costs Minimizes equipment wear and reactive maintenance—protecting your operations and your bottom line.
- Inhibited Descaling Agent – preventive bare metal corrosion
- Powerful wetting and spreading property with penetrating agents, hence rapidly removes Scale and Deposit
- Biodegradable and will not harm the environment (ecofriendly)
- Easy to use and cost effective
Geoclean 2315 can be applied through various methods, depending on the equipment and scale buildup severity:
- Chemical Circulation: In closed-loop systems like condenser or heat exchanger units, Geoclean 2315 are often circulated through the equipment. This method is highly effective at removing scale, as the chemical solution continuously interacts with the deposits
- Immersion Soak: For smaller components or parts, immersion soaking in a diluted Geoclean 2315 solution can be used. This method allows the chemical to penetrate and dissolve the scale.
- Manual Brushing: In cases where scale buildup is severe or inaccessible, manual brushing with Geoclean 2315 solution may be necessary to physically remove the deposits.
Geoclean 2315 can be used at strengths between 10 and 25% and at temperatures up to 80°C, the speed of reaction being enhanced by acid strength and elevated temperature.
When the acid is approaching exhaustion the color of the solution will change from red to yellow and this indicates that more Geopure 1030 should be added.
After completion of descaling equipment should be drained and flushed thoroughly and any acid effluent neutralized.
NOTE - Geoclean 2315 should NOT be used on stainless steel, aluminum or galvanized surfaces.
Geopure 100 is formulated to be injected neat. However, if dilution is required, use deionized water or RO permeate. If neither of these is available, softened water may be substituted. The dilution for Geopure 100 should not result in a solution strength of less than 10%. This guideline will protect the effectiveness of the internal bacteriostat, which inhibits bacterial growth in the product packaging and feed tank.
Technical Support (Sales Backup) is available for chemicals selection, dosing, startup assistance, CIP supervision. Troubleshooting and all technical guidance.
