GEOPURE 100 (low pH) is formulated to eliminate scale and
reduce fouling in membrane systems. Geopure 100 is a
liquid antiscalant/dispersant blended to inhibit scale and
disperse colloidal particles in RO membrane separation
systems. Geopure 100 effectively works under normal
condition of water (less than 250 ppm hardness level and
TDS up to 1,000 ppm). Geopure 100 active with moderate
amounts of silica, manganese and iron.

Chemical Properties:
Dosage:
A typical Geopure 100 dose ranges from 2-10 mg/l.
Injecting:
Best results are achieved when Geopure 100 is
injected upstream of the membrane system and, where
possible, of cartridge filters.

Geopure 100 is formulated to be injected neat. However, if dilution is required, use deionized water or RO permeate. If neither of these is available, softened water may be substituted. The dilution for Geopure 100 should not result in a solution strength of less than 10%. This guideline will protect the effectiveness of the internal bacteriostat, which inhibits bacterial growth in the product packaging and feed tank.
