Geopure 1057|1058 is a complex phosphate and terpolymers blended liquid chemical and is a special product for boilers in rice mills. Geopure 1057|1058 works using a combination of chelation, crystal modification and the threshold effect, and is effective against a wide range of scale deposits including calcium and magnesium hardness, iron oxide and silica. Geopure 1057|1058 converts the scaling material into a light mobile floc, which can be blown down easily.

Physical Properties:
Geopure 1057|1058 reacts fast and rapidly reaction with dissolved oxygen ensuring efficient protection of feedlines and boilers from corrosion. Geopure 1057|1058 should be dosed at the rate of 15 – 20 ml/m3 on feed water. A reserve of approximately 50 ppm of sulphite should be maintained in the boiler water. Geopure 1057|1058 must be dosed continuously to the feed tank by electronic dozing system.
