Polymeric Sludge Conditioner
Geopure® 1325 is a high-performance sludge conditioner formulated from a unique blend of advanced polymeric compounds, designed to prevent the formation of scale and deposit build up in boiler. By dispersing suspended solids and conditioning sludge particles, Geopure® 1325 helps maintain cleaner heat transfer surfaces, improving system efficiency and reducing maintenance requirements. Ideal for a wide range of industrial water treatment applications, Geopure® 1325 ensures smooth, efficient operation by minimizing sludge accumulation and enhancing system cleanliness.

Physical Properties:
- Superior Sludge Conditioning: Geopure® 1325 effectively disperses suspended solids and stabilizes sludge particles, preventing agglomeration and scale formation.
- Enhanced System Efficiency: By keeping heat transfer surfaces clean, Geopure® 1325 improves heat exchange efficiency, reducing fuel and energy consumption.
- Prevention of Deposit Build up: Formulated to prevent the accumulation of sludge and deposits, maintaining optimal water flow and reducing system fouling.
- Compatibility with Other Treatments: Works effectively in tandem with oxygen scavengers, scale inhibitors, and other water treatment chemicals without interference, providing comprehensive protection for boiler and cooling systems.
- Reduced Maintenance and Downtime: Helps to lower maintenance frequency and prolongs equipment life by preventing hard-to-remove sludge deposits, minimizing unscheduled downtime and maintenance costs.
Geopure 1325 can be dosed as neat (direct from the drum) or mixed with softened water, or condensate in a day tank. In low pressure boilers (below 20 kg/cm2) @ 25 ppm on feed water and in medium pressure boilers (between 30 – 60 kg/cm2) dose @ 15 ppm on feed water.
