Cooling Water Program
Geopure® 3007 is a high-performance, all-organic cooling
water treatment program specifically engineered for grey
or stress water make-up in cooling towers. Designed to
handle the unique challenges posed by reclaimed, recycled,
or otherwise stressed water sources, it delivers
comprehensive scale control, corrosion protection, and
deposit management across a wide range of operating
conditions.
This advanced formulation safeguards multi-metal systems,
including copper and its alloys, while maintaining system
cleanliness to optimize heat transfer efficiency. It is
highly effective in dispersing suspended solids,
controlling fouling, and resisting stress conditions such
as variable water quality, high cycles of concentration,
and fluctuating pH. Geopure® 3007 is fully compatible with
most oxidizing and non-oxidizing biocides, offering
flexibility in water treatment programs.

Passivation Dosage
To ensure rapid film formation and corrosion control
the system should be pre-treated with Geopure 3007
for 3 to 5 Days as twice the normal dosage.
Exact dosage of Geopure 3007 is depends on makeup
water chemistry and the system operating conditions,
Geopure 3007 must be dosed continuously by using
electronic dosing system or gravity flow system. The
dosing system must be made of stainless steel (SS
316), PE, PP, EPVC or Teflon
| Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapour respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected.
